Giveaway Details

• Entry Period: You can enter the giveaway once in July, August, and September. Entries will reset each month, so you must fill out the form for each entry.
• Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted by a Teapioca Lounge representative via email. If the email does not end in @teapiocalounge.com or @teapiocaintl.com, it is not a legitimate notification.
• Prize: The e-gift card will be sent to the email associated with your Teapioca Rewards account. It does not expire.

1. SPONSOR: Teapioca International (“Sponsor”), 2851 Joe Dimaggio Blvd. Suite 33 & 34 Round Rock, Texas 78665.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Teapioca® “Free Boba For a Month” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on September 30, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion consists of three (3) separate monthly entry periods (each a “Monthly Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.
3. ELIGIBILITY: This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
4. HOW TO ENTER:

• To enter, you must complete all both of the following steps during any Monthly Period:
  1. Become a Rewards Member: Be an active and registered member of the Teapioca Rewards program.
  2. Submit Form: Complete and submit the official online entry form with all required information.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per social media handle for each Monthly Period, regardless of the method of entry. Entries do not roll over to subsequent Monthly Periods.

5. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV):
   A total of three (3) grand prizes will be awarded, one (1) per Monthly Period. Each grand prize consists of one (1) $210.00 Teapioca E-Gift Card (the “Prize”). The total ARV of all prizes is $630.00.

IMPORTANT PRIZE MECHANISM DETAILS:

• The name “Free Boba For a Month” is for promotional and marketing purposes only and does not represent a guarantee of daily product fulfillment. The Prize is fulfilled exclusively as a one-time issuance of a $210 e-gift card.
• The Prize value is an approximation based on the average price of one (1) standard Teapioca Lounge beverage per day for thirty (30) days. The winner is not entitled to one beverage per day, and Sponsor makes no representation or guarantee as to the number of beverages the Prize value will cover, as prices may vary by location and are subject to change.
• The E-Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions printed thereon and as stated by the issuer, including any expiration dates or usage limitations.
• The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with Prize receipt and/or use.
• Sponsor is not responsible for and will not replace any lost, stolen, damaged, or unredeemed E-Gift Cards. The winner is responsible for safeguarding the E-Gift Card upon receipt.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
   On or about the dates listed below, one (1) potential winner for each Monthly Period will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that respective month.

The potential winner will be notified via email to the email address provided at the time of entry. The potential winner must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours. Failure to respond within the specified time, or a determination of ineligibility, will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. If the winner is not enrolled with Teapioca Rewards at the time of notification, they automatically forfeit the Prize and alternate winner will be selected.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, likeness, photo, voice, opinions, and/or city and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
9. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its franchisees, Meta Platforms, Inc., Teapioca Lounge, Teapioca International, CHBN Holdings, LLC, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, or undeliverable mail or email; (e) errors in the administration of the Giveaway; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property.
10. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and your state of residence, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
