You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at Teapioca, and each point is worth $0.05 toward rewards. Once your account reaches 40 points, your rewards are ready to use — apply them at checkout for a discount on any order, regardless of what’s in your cart.

The 40-point welcome bonus is automatically added to your loyalty account upon successful registration. Please allow up to 24 hours for the points to appear; some accounts take longer to sync than others.
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent at Teapioca. Each point is worth $0.05 toward rewards.
A minimum balance of 40 points is required before any points can be redeemed.
Once eligible, points can be applied toward any order, regardless of items in the cart.
Points apply to the total transaction amount. If your transaction total is less than the redeemed point value, the remaining balance is forfeited and does not carry over to a future order.
Rewards points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The welcome bonus must be redeemed in accordance with the standard Teapioca Rewards program terms, including any applicable expiration policies.

Q: I’m trying to redeem my welcome points but it’s not working at checkout. What’s happening?
A: If you’re having trouble redeeming your points, make sure you’re:
Logged into your Teapioca Rewards account in the app.
Giving the staff member your username/phone number so they can pull up your account.
Selecting “Loyalty” as your payment method.
Q: Can I combine my welcome offer with other promotions or discounts?
A: Your 40 welcome points are your sign-up offer and can be used toward your order. Other promotions, discounts, and rewards offers have their own terms. For questions about combining offers, ask a staff member in-store or contact Rewards Support through the app.
Q: I redeemed my points—when do I start earning points on future purchases?
A: Great question! You earn rewards points with every purchase you make. Those points will accumulate in your account and can be used toward future discounts and exclusive member rewards. The earning never stops!
