You already know that a delicious boba from Teapioca can brighten your day, but what if it could also brighten someone else’s?
We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with GiftAMeal, a fantastic organization that helps fight hunger in your local communities with the snap of a photo. So far, GiftAMeal has partnered with over 1,000 restaurants to help donate over 2.5 million meals to over 150 food banks throughout the country!
The next time you visit your local Teapioca, you can help donate a meal to a local food bank, and it won’t cost you anything! It’s simple, quick, and makes a real impact. How it works:

1. Scan the QR Code: Look for the GiftAMeal displays in our store and scan the QR code with your smartphone.
2. Snap a Photo: Take a quick picture of or with your favorite Teapioca drink, Snowyn, or snack!
3. Share & Donate: Post the photo through the GiftAMeal page. You can donate up to 4 meals when you share on multiple social media platforms.
4. That’s it! Your photo may also be shared onto our Teapioca Lounge social media platforms as well.

Your photos help donate meals to:
• Care and Share Food Bank — Colorado Springs, CO
• Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma — Oklahoma City, OK
• Tarrant Area Food Bank — Fort Worth, TX
• Food Bank of West Central Texas — Abilene, TX
• South Plains Food Bank — Lubbock, TX
• El Pasoans Fighting Hunger — El Paso, TX
• Central Texas Food Bank — Austin, TX
• Houston Food Bank — Houston, TX
• Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida — Orlando, FL

Every photo you share helps us support those facing hunger or food insecurity in your area. It’s a free, powerful way for you to make a difference while enjoying the drinks you love. We can’t wait to see your boba photos and make a difference together!
Cheers,
Teapioca Lounge Team

FAQ

Q: Is there anything I need to do at the register for this?
A: No. This initiative does not affect the ordering stage, and no action needs to be taken by bobaristas at the POS station or on your behalf.
Q: Is there a discount associated with this initiative?
A: No, this campaign does not involve a discount. It’s a giving-back program. For every photo shared via the QR code, Teapioca donates one meal to the community through our partnership with GiftAMeal.
Q: How do I create a post to donate a meal?
A: All you have to do is scan the QR code on the signs and follow the simple directions from GiftAMeal on your smartphone.
Q: Do I have to post this on my Instagram or Facebook? What about hashtags?
A: Nope! You don’t have to post directly to your own social media channels or use any specific hashtags, but additional meals will be donated when you do post to Instagram, Facebook, and X/Twitter. After you scan the QR code, you upload the photo directly to the GiftAMeal platform. The photos might also be featured on GiftAMeal or Teapioca’s pages.
Q: The QR code or link isn’t working. What should I do?
A: We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please send a quick email to the GiftAMeal support team at [email protected] for assistance.
